Labyrinth Event: Sunday, February 6, 2011 between 1 and 4 pm, at Spanish Banks, Vancouver, British Columbia - Weather permitting.

The labyrinth will be located between the East and West Spanish Banks Cafes, on the foreshore, or below the sandy part of the beach. For directions to the labyrinth see the blog post dated SATURDAY, JUNE 19, 2010; or Google: Spanish Banks, Vancouver BC map.
Consider wearing rubber boots because tide pools are cold this time of the year and, most likely, the labyrinth location will require crossing shallow water.
Most important, the weather on February 6th will determine if this event occurs, so please check back the morning of the 'walk' for confirmation.

Dusk, sundown or twilight; the time 'betwixt and between' day and night: Liminal time.
The Foreshore on Sunset Beach; 'betwixt and between' the Nearshore and Backshore of Sunset Beach: Liminal space.
Intriguing aspects of the walk: a white, long stem, rose found beside the labyrinth which was not present before the labyrinth was drawn; a heart and the word 'Joy' found painted on rocks beside the labyrinth; and, a delivery person appearing and asking us if we ordered a pizza.

Liminality: a place to choose the chaos of the unconsciousness over the control of explanations and answers.
