Sounding Between Land and Sea: Sunday, July 17th from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Spanish Banks, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Come and join us as we find ways for our own vocal sounds to harmonize with the sounds and landscapes around us.

At Spanish Banks we look to the mountains, the city, the forest and the sea for communication and inspiration. Sounding is a great way to send healing to the world’s trouble spots, while giving to ourselves at the same time. No singing experience necessary — just bring the voice you have!

This event will be facilitated by Kira Van Deusen. She will start the event, with an introduction, around 1:15.

Sunrise Labyrinth

Sunrise is a time to pray and listen to our inner voice, 
a time when our intuitive level may be amplified.

Walking a labyrinth at sunrise with a clear intention in mind, 
rewards the traveler with a fresh glimpse of hopes and dreams 
and the breadth of possibility in the day to come.
